In addition to my Healing Arts and Massage Therapy practice, I also teach/facilitate a variety of personal and spiritual development classes throughout the year. The inspiration for my class offerings comes from a deep desire to create an ongoing educational and healing environment and experience for my clients and community.

I have been very blessed in my life to have had many amazing teachers from many different cultures and traditions from around the world. One of my greatest passions and joys is to share what I have learned on my own journey of personal healing as a guidepost to others on their own path of transformation and enlightenment!
